Return & exchange policy

At Ryelle Beauty, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our products. For this reason, and in accordance with health and safety standards, we do not accept returns on any hair items once they have been shipped.

However, we do offer exchanges in the event that you receive a damaged item or if an error has occurred on our part in processing your order.

Should you encounter such an issue, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service team at info.ryellebeauty@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging, along with valid proof of purchase.
